My friend Janko wrote once a post about spammers. Basicaly he stated, that they won’t let you down. No matter what you’ll get emails from them. And it looks like they put all their attention on me at the moment. No matter how often I check my email account I receive couple of spams. I’ll get probably few while typing this post. It was never that bad before 
More and more christmas trees or decorations shows up in stores. It’s an obvious sign that Christmas is coming. Time to think about presents. While I am still not decided what I’ll get for my wife or kids I already have a list in my mind of things that I would like to get 
That’s quite surprising to me. Last year I realized that I don’t feel like I want or need to get any material thing for Christmas to feel happy (ain’t that odd).
But this year I become nostalgic about older games and would love to play them. Games like Curse of the Monkey Island or Prince of Persia. Or newer ones like Secret Files: Tunguska. Does Santa Claus read emails?
What onions have in common with game development? Not much, but listen to the story.
I come down with strep throat for the second time within a month. This is no good. My body resistance seems to be very weak and that’s no wonder. I work?way too much. I took last antibiotic on Saturday and didn’t feel quite healthy. My doctor says it’s normal and that I’ll be healthy pretty soon. But I was not so sure… I had to cook a dinner for my?family and?rediscovered onion. I decided to eat raw onion to increase my resistance. It wasn’t a?pleasure, although I like to do some crazy things from time to time.?Next day I did the?same. OK, I haven’t eat whole onion, just a half (but of a big one). What?counts is that I?feel much better (healthier) today. Better than I felt any day within last?month. Now that’s?the power of onion.
To make this post game related - because of strep throat I missed Game Conference - one of two conferences in Poland that I care about. And of course our games release has delayed.
Will you miss me… or actually my games? Seth raises this important question in his blog. Thanks god we’re mostly online and you didn’t have to wait to get our games when I was sick for two weeks. I know for sure that there are game company’s that no longer exist, but are missed by player. There are also many old games that people miss and talk about them, although they don’t play them anymore. Hopefully, one of our games will become one of those great titles.
I am always amazed how creative people can be. I recently reviewed our online gallery for Maggie the Gardener. There are few pretty cool designs which I am going to post here. One of my favorites is Eleonore’s clock, although probably inspired by Horia’s clock, this one is much better performed.

Seth Godin points out that Amazon’s shopping cart is broken. It’s broken for him, it’s broken for his friends and no one know what’s going on. My website stands still, but there are so many thing that can go wrong in online business (and sometimes they go) - your hosting my crash, your credit card payment processor can crash, your bandwidth might get used by pirates and so on… those are the things you can’t do much about. Not to mention “one million little things” you can brake on your own 
Most will probably say that spam is worth nothing or even worst - it wastes time & resources. But sometimes someone comes with original idea and spam is worth a game. Of course, if you win the contest. The rule is simple - you had to guess total number of SPAM within month of September. The lucky number is: 10298.
So World Cup Finalist are known. Who’s going to win this year? My bet is on Italy, either my favourite teams already gone home.

There are times when you need to remind yourself why you do what you do. Every time I read this quotation I am sure that I will achieve my goals.
Comparing the match Poland v. Ecuador to Poland v. Germany everyone can say we have seen two different teams. Yesterday they fought great. They left they hearts on the playfield. That’s how one should play - to be not ashamed even if you lose. Yes, we lost, but this time we are proud of our team.
GO POLAND. There is one match ahead of us, most probably the last one during World Cup 2006. Hopefully this time we will win.
